The first point for an interior designer is always fact finding – getting to know the client, and their likes and dislikes, as we believe this is just as important as focusing on the key design elements of the room – this way, not only will the result be a well designed room, but one which reflects your own personality, and where you feel completely ‘at home’.
THE PROCESS
Stage 1: Consultation
Prior to meeting you, we will ask for plans or drawings of the property so that we can get a feel for your home. Following this, a designer will meet with you for a free, one-hour consultation at the property which will allow you both to get to know one another, discuss the proposed project and first thoughts on colours and designs. At this point the designer will be able to advise on budgets, style and layout.
Stage 2: Commitment
After the first hour, we require a commitment fee. The standard fee for this service is Rs.10,000 which is returned or adjustable within your purchases.
Stage 3: Design
Your dedicated designer will start designing your scheme, bringing together furniture, fabrics, wallpapers, paint colours and accessories. Throughout this process, the designer will discuss ideas with you, and once we are happy with the scheme, we will create personalized e-boards for each area.
Stage 4: Presentation
You will be invited into our showroom where the designer will present their ideas to you. By hosting this meeting at the showroom we can provide you with tangible samples, and any furniture or fabric changes can be discussed instantly. Once the designs are agreed, we will ask for a 50% deposit which allows us to order everything and begin bringing your scheme to life.
Stage 5: Installation
We will order everything, which is then stored in our climate controlled warehouse until the complete scheme is ready to be installed. Our experienced and efficiency of in-house installations team work to make the process as quick and seamless as possible, enabling us to proudly offer a white glove and turn-key service.
